At Event Resources we are committed to ensuring we have the best door staff available. All our staff must be SIA trained with an up to date license.

We strive to provide the safest working environment possible for them. In addition to the mandatory SIA training we encourage our staff to train in other related fields, such as first aid and conflict management and resolution, thus adding further skills to their CVs and offering our clients a superior and skilled service.

At Event Resources we ensure our door staff are paid weekly, given all the relative tools and protective gear for them to operate at their peak performance, and that in return is all we expect is our Door Supervisors to be polite, professional, onsite and on time.
